For this project we fabricated, delivered and installed both heating and chilled Skid units for a 5-Star Hotel located in the Adare Region.

The Job
For this job, we were asked to fabricate, deliver, and fit skid units, which included:
- Four heating skids with gas-fired boilers, pumping stations, and top-up tanks
- One CHW chilled water unit complete with pumping units, top-up vessel, and storage vessel
For this client, we also completed a separate pipe fabrication and installation phase in an adjoining building.
How We Did It
We fabricated these five skid units off-site at our workshop in Tipperary. We were able to construct these units whilst the on-site building was still under construction. For our client, this reduced our team’s on-site hours and allowed us to install our fabrications at the most opportune time.
When the time came, we transported these skid units to the site in Adare. Under challenging environmental conditions, we worked with our partners to move and install the units. We then carried out on-site pressure testing and, upon completion, signed-off on the units.
With tight project timelines involved, our ability to manufacture the required units off-site enabled us to provide an efficient and punctual service.
