Each year, the cement plant shuts down for Annual maintenance and refurbishment.
Brodeen have worked on
- Bucket Elevator maintenance including full belt replacement, liner replacement and bucket replacement
- Cement Mill liner replacement
- Hopper fabrication and installation
- Raw Mill maintenance
- Screw and Augur repair and replacement
- Quarry maintenance
What We Did: Putting Boots on the Ground
For this annual shutdown, we mobilised over 60 staff to provide an extended service to the client. In the month leading up to this project, we also assisted the client with planning and preparation works. This ensures the project ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible, minimising downtime.
What We Did: Superior Supervision
These works are carried out in a 24/7 operation. To assist the client in managing our large volume of staff around the clock, we also send our safety officer and site engineer over to their site each year. This means they have the ability to manage our team efficiently and effortlessly.
